With this packaging, we wanted to optimize in several ways. All parts of the packaging are made from the same material (no staples, stickers, straps, etc. needed), and moreover, the packaging and product take up less space on store shelves. We placed the packaging in the “wasted” space inside the mudguard. The large cardboard back card previously used by competitors not only took up a lot of space but also required a cumbersome process to keep everything together during packaging, which took too much time. A smaller top card and the packaging inside the mudguard also provided better visibility in stores. Not just from the front, but also from the side, the product was clearly visible.
